COVID-19 Slide Presentation – Understanding Employer Responsibilities During the COVID-19 Pandemic

We prepared this slide presentation to help employers understand their legal responsibilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We summarize and analyze the employment provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and address common concerns related to the new legislation.  We also provide links to a number of helpful government publications and resources on employer responsibilities related to COVID-19.
